EliXR Studio (EliXR) is incorporated as a technology startup in Singapore in Nov 2022. While the incorporation is recent, the journey has started in 2020 when the founder & co-founder of EliXR were working together to bring artificial intelligence(AI) technologies developed for the gaming industry to other vertical sectors.
With the advancement in artificial intelligence, virtual reality (VR)/augmented reality (AR)/mixed reality (MR) technologies, Web 3.0 philosophies, the journey has brought to conviction of the founders that we are at the cusp of a new reality – the revolution of how we interact with technology. Hence, EliXR was established with that belief and a mission to adopt & apply AI fundamentals, and VR/AR/MR technologies of the XR continuum beyond gaming & entertainment, and specifically in the healthcare and education verticals for a start, and in the future, other business verticals.
Dr Goh is a data science & AI professional with 20 years of experience in developing and leading data-driven innovation. He held leadership and research positions at AI2Labs, Yoozoo Games, Rolls-Royce Central Technology Group and A*STAR. He was the founding managing director of AI2Labs, leading the AI commercialisation efforts for Yoozoo. He was also responsible for Yoozoo’s overall Artificial Intelligence/Data Science strategy. At Rolls-Royce, he was a founding member of the Computational Engineering team and a Rolls-Royce specialist in Data Science
Amos was Advisor of YZ Games & AI2Labs. Prior to joining the industry, he spent more than 22 years in public service, where he held key appts, as CIO, MCYS, Dir (SN Soln & Apps),GovTech; Dir(Strategy & Innovation),IDA; Dir(Comms & Ops),PDPC and one of the 6 pioneering PDPC Commission Members appointed by MCI Minister.
Amos led Singapore’s eGov2015 Masterplan development. He also provided consultancy to the Kuwaiti, Qatari, Omani govts. He was also involved in the Singapore-Shenzhen (China) Smart City Initiative as its Senior Principal Consultant.
